Subject:Power Steering Fluid Protectant

I'm looking at a bottle of ATP power steering protectant AT-213, a
synthetic blend that's supposed to "Eliminate whines and noise in
Power Steering Systems" and "Lubricates and protects Racks and Pumps.
Snake Oil??

Anyone tried this? I'd really like some feedback before I try it on my
noisy when cold PS pump.
