In actuality ALL cars (makes and models) are at risk of interior or engine fires. If you ever get to see a junkyard, or worse a auto auction or haulers lot, then you'll know that all kinds of cars burn.. And many w/o provocation. We're just 'in tune' to our VW community. Now go out and CHANGE YOUR FUEL LINES, inspect any and all wires and hoses for chaffing. And clean your electrical connections, including battery to starter. Dan Loren Busch <starwagen@GMAIL.COM> Subject: Got a note yeaterday from a friend in Kennsington, Ca (next to Berkley) and his neighbor across the street had his 2003 Eurovan MV go up in flames while parked (but just after being driven). Fire started in the forward part of the engine compartment. The VW bus fire engine fire gremlin is now haunting the T4's as well?
