Hey, I WISH this scott owned land !

Got the shop and all , and good room for vans, but I rent.,

I checked out a property for Karl near Drain, Oregon ( lol ) ..........i
forget the price right now.

How is that looking in retrospect now Karl ?

I was bothered by road noise, and you had to cross a creek to get to
it.................sometimes bridges get overwhelmed by flood waters, and
the buildings were fairly non-existent. It might have been 180K possibly.
5 to 8 acres perhaps.

Down 'where' TJ ?

Karl,

You better check with Scott. He may have changed his mind or already sold
but if I'm not mistaken he's got the shop AND the land deal up for grabs in
WA. It's real tempting at that...

As far as a replacement body goes, I've got a customer down here with a
beautiful 91 multi that he wants to sell but he's a jerk and he's using
westies and multi's from all 50 states as a basis for his price. He's
asking 7-8k. I just did a bunch of work and it's not a syncro but it's the
best I could come up with. We're lucky to see a vanagon down this way let
alone a SW.
