Dealer likewise was out of stock on the 16mm, he did have the 14mm one
which is now aluminum not copper.

I may have found some 16mm washers at Pep-Boys of all places, they are
a dual-sized (5/8" - M16) copper "oil seal" washer, we'll see tonight
how close the fit is.
