  Easy.  Run an extension cord  _behind_ the lower slider, and you should be able to shut the door without pinching the cord.  It's how I run power out of my Westy in order to power the electric kettle, tacky awning lights, etc.  Works OK with a 14 guage extension cord, but 12 might be too hefty.
