Well, I sent a TR3 cylinder head from AB Canada to Maine via FEDEX.
Not difficult. Crated it, lugged it to the FEDEX depot, filled in a
form and said thank you.  The buyer reimbursed me the transport costs
via paypal.  No biggie.
