I'm trying to sort out the numbers for a syncro wheel alignment.

I have Derek Drew's archived post on wheel alignment, but his numbers are calculated for a Westy. He states that VW changed the alignment numbers for the syncro at some point, and that the good numbers are in the VW repair manual.

Does this mean that the Bentley has the correct numbers for a pax syncro? What do those who know use for syncro alignment?

Tires are just too expensive not to try and get this right. My old tech really understood wheel alignment and didn't need a reference he just reasoned it out. But now I have to use a (good) tire store and I fear for the life of my tires and thickness of my wallet if I don't get this right.

Thanks, Anthony
