Yah I wish the auto svc industry would get with the plan & stop thinking
that
parts are 100% profit item its just deceiving & pisses me off
mark up the part 20% over cost like most other retail industry's
 that I dont think your trying to rip me off & charge a fair labour rate for
the local market
OR
let me supply the part & add 10-25% to you labour rate .. simple
but hiding margins in part SUXX
