could be.   thats a european model base model kombi transporter.   someone
prolly brought it over to canada and then stuck it in storage..  notice the
reinforcement bars behind the front seats to keep cargo from hitting them, and the
white fiberboard headliner and sidepanels, and the transporter steering
wheel.
note sure what the thing is on the drivers side B pillar, though..
