That's not what it is, if I'm reading the right ad.
It's a diesel 4 speed trans with linkage. 
i.e. not that useful.
He confuses it with 'convert your.....'
Etc.
Believe me, if you had an auto trans in a vanagon, you sure would not want
to put in a diesel 4 speed and linkage ! 
For a person who has that set up already, a spare might be nice. He doesn't
say where the **** it is, except there's a phone area code. Might be Canada.
