I have the lamp for the purpose. If all three of you approvee - you, Kim
and Daniel  - all approve, I will send the lamp along with the grille
pieces to Damon. Daniel Stern did some research for me and came up with
a good one that has a physical size appropriate for the space that is
going to be involved. It is rectangular, and has aiming adjustment
screws built in. This is a currently available lamp. At the moment there
is no mounting hardware for it, but surely that can be worked out.
