I'm currently looking at buying a new home, so all the toys are for
sale.  I have a TDI swap (no cluster etc, I was going to remove the
immobilizer) from an 01 Golf.  Here's the details:

Kennedy adapter kit w/flywheel (I waited over 3 months for this to arrive)
TDI engine, harness, ECU, pedal, etc for swap
120k kms
11mm TDI pump
.205 nozzles
new Sachs 228mm clutch kit
5 speed TDI MK5 starter (will require an adapter plate)

$3500 Canadian.  Not interested in shipping.  Add another $2500 for
the 84 Vanagon it was going to be installed in!
