HOw long have you owned this VAN???   LOL...........
 If its the stock engine/trans. It will never shift in to 4th gear,
unless you
consider 4th gear to be reverse.   Therefore reverse is only used when
going backwards, and has to be manually engaged with the shifting lever.
 DO NOT TRY THIS GOING FORWARD>
