The doka has been "Federalized".  Which means all the lights,
instrumentation, etc., has been changed to U.S. standards.  The speedo has
been changed out with a unit that my speedo guy rebuilt and set to the
correct mileage.  I also have the original km speedo available with 65,382km
on it.

You'll also notice that is has the "FASTEN BELTS" & "BRAKE" warning lights
on the cluster.  These were also added for D.O.T. compliance.
