I use a "powertoy" on XP: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx Look for Image Resizer. By raw photos are 1-1.5MB. I resize to "medium" and get an image that is 50-120 KB. All the photos on my website http://jones.colorado.edu are that way since I got the digital camera--any trip since '06. Richard
