Denis,
only one of my heads had the seal washers on the intake valve, but I could
not find the part number on ETKA so I assumed that they were not OE.  Do
you have a part number for those? None of my other 5 heads had them.  Also,
what keeps it in place on the valve stem?

To check for the valve guide wear, do I just push the valve stem until the
enc of teh stem it is flush with the guide and measure the movement of the
valve "head"?  Any suggestions/tricks on how to measure that movement
without the VW tool shown in the Bentley?  I have that dial measuring tool
but I do not have the attachement to mount it to the head. Thanks
