Oh and, almost forgot, what if the flame goes out and, before your trusty
detector goes off, the gas re-ignites? Not an unlikely scenario with all
the electronic whiz-bang gizmos we have running inside these things....and
there goes your fancy Buese Shelf, your late model LED lighting and don't
forget the pot!
