Hello all, longtime lurker, first post.

The rear bumper from the Tornado Red Carat is sitting on my garage
floor, to be installed on my '88 GL this weekend. Judging from the
bumper mounting hardware, the vehicle is pretty rusty. It probably did
go to the junkyard just because of the transmission though- what a shame
