Seriously, Jeff is right. Your emissions guy & your smog check referee can
be
your best friend. Oh yeah, I know the lady who send out those letters to buy
your
gross polluter. Her office is also responsible for those 1(800) EXH-AUST
whistle-
blower hotline.
