In Dec I had my 90 Westie tested at a "Test Only"
station in San Diego. The shop manager made the
comment, " Our pressure tester is not working right
today. Since you  are exempt from that test it doesn't
matter. Otherwise we would not be able to test your
car today." It was Dec, not Jan, and he may have been
in error. I saw the Go Westy Newsletter too and
wondered.
