Jeff, I used something like this. Looked great. No trouble in the cold. Sounds like you want a replacement for the carpet up front? I used mine in the cargo area to cover the carpet. If you use it in front it will be attached, right? Mine was cut to size but I remember it shifting around--even after I put Velcro+ on the bottom. http://us.f13.yahoofs.com/bc/43f26bfdm53b0fedd/bc/ruth+pics/vanagon+floor/IMG_0274.jpg?BClwv4HBnFvtq6Rr I can't remember why I chose "Euro diamond plate" over the coin pattern....I like that better. Good Luck, Chris C 90MV --------------------------------------------------------------- I'm wondering what others think about something like this for covering the front floor and seat pedestals. http://www.rubbercal.com/Coin_Grip.html I'm sure it wouldn't be to everyone's liking but it seemed a durable easily cleaned surface. Plus, I think it would look kinda cool. I have e-mailed asking about how plyable the material is (for fitting over the contours of the floor) and how it might react to cold temperatures. -- Thanks, Jeff '90 Carat (Grover) '86 (We call this one Parts) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus
