Are you on too much 420 or just being a sloth? They are cinch to adjust.
Electric or manual?
Manual just needs to be push around into position. If it's so crusty that it
can't be moved, that's a mixed blessing because they normally flop around
from wear and tear. Or maybe someone's glued it into place. The power
mirrors are even easier for obvious reasons unless your power is gone.
