OK, Jake, I took your advice and replaced the relay.  Based upon
description, the man behind the counter gave me a two-prong relay, but the
old one was a three-pronger and so we swapped the new unit for something
closer to reality.  Presto!  Thanks, Jake, I have turn signals again!
However, the infection has just moved to a new place.  I do have turn
signals, and one/half of my emergency flashers.  On emergency mode, only the
right side flashes.  All lights function when I'm using the turn signals,
the rights when the lever is right, left at left, etc.  But the emergency
can only happen on my right.  What's with that?

Just replace the flasher Matthew.  They should be available at your FLAPS.
