No longer in WY. They stopped drivers from drinking on the road a number of years ago...and just passed a law last year banning passengers from drinking in a moving vehicle. Now just one state over, in MT, we also have a rather new ban on open containers that includes drivers and passengers...but there is a loophole for drinking "within the living quarters of a moving RV" - like say...a Westy?? I have a z-bed and a fold-out table. I wonder if that means I can drink half a beer back there while my wife is driving? -Ben > Date: Thu, 10 Apr 2008 14:14:46 -0600 > From: tombuese@COMCAST.NET > Subject: Re: What's a good radio/CD player for the vanagon. > To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM > > On Apr 10, 2008, at 1:43 PM, BJ Feddish wrote: > > > Believe it or not, in this backwards state of PA in terms of > > alcohol sales, > > we have a drive through beer distributer here in town.
