A window tint shop probably doesn't know anything about VW Vanagon Westfalia cabinets. And even if they are familiar, it's so much extra labor and time to remove the rear cabinet, I'll bet it's not included in that price. For a definite answer, ask the tint guy these questions, not the list. Removal of windows will make access easier for the tint guy, especially vent wings, roll-ups or sliders, but that's alot of time and labor he won't do. Then there's the very real potential for scratching your newly-tinted glass upon re-installation. I've always done my own tinting. After several attempts, you get good at it. Buy a 100 ft. roll of the commercial stuff (titanium is great), do all your own vehicles, then sell what's remaining (if any), to someone else. Or offer to do the rest of the roll for others, and make some (or all) of your money back. That's what I did last time. I got my tint done to my satisfaction, learned how to do it (it's not rocket science), and made money in the process. Time to buy another roll for my new '87 Westy.........
