I've had one of these since the early '80s.  My Father bought 10 of them on
one of his trips to Germany and we all got one.  It's still in the original
box as I've never used it.  Probably doesn't work anymore.

that is actually a pretty common device in australia. i dont think anyone
would go under it, but its apparently excellent to get a syncro unstuck
