Well, I found a grainy photo from a SA auto magazine review in '91 that just BARELY shows what appears to be turny knobs on the dash... <http://tinyurl.com/52cryy> Then there's this set, which is mostly engine shots, but the third one down shows an unidentified slot on the inside D pillar cover.
