I can't count the times I have posted to The List the admonition to
change those fuel hoses. Every time I have the hatch open, I inspect the
lines. And I make a point to do it once a month anyway, regardless. I
also change them out every 5 years, regardless. $60 or so is cheap
insurance against an engine fire.
