Here's a silly question: What year did they move the AC control knobs
for the late model Vanagons from the duct above down to the dash next
to the cigarette lighter? I'm cataloging the year to year differences
and I'm curious as to whether the AC control position might
differentiate one year from another in the 89-90-91 range. The only
other range where I can't nail the Vanagon down to within a year is
the "Late 81 thru Early 83" air cooled...
