I made an appointment over the phone with the most recommended window tinting company we have around here but like a lot of business out there, they have no idea what a Vanagon is. I since had a look at the sliding windows and it looks like it would be quite a job to install film properly on them. Is it even possible to do so? If so is it going to stay in place with repeated opening and closing of the sliders? Doesn't seem that the glass or felt strip would be removable without taking the window out of the bus. Is this the case?? Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated.
