I've had the MB's for about 10 years. They survived the demolition of my '89
Westy by a huge tree, and will be in my new '87 shortly. They sound great,
but like many higher-end speakers they're relatlvely inefficient (meaning
that they suck a lot of power from your radio's amp).  I can't say I'd use
them with a typical radio's built-in power (it would play them, but with
higher distortion since it would be straining), but I can tell you that with
a good quality external amp they sing!

They run $29 a pair (sorry, dealer parts, not my fault :-) , but you might
save much more than that on speakers since they increase your options
tremendously.
