I'm looking for some new stainless luggage rack cleats to replace my old rusty ones. A while back i remember reading a post somewhere about somebody that was making better than stock cleats. Does anybody know who this was. I want all stainless cleats and bolts. I looked on the go westy site but it sounds like only the bolts are stainless there. Thanks Bob Mac
