I jumped the horn to 12 volts, and it works perfectly. I've jumped the horn switch and it makes no difference, still a week horn. BUT....while driving around randomly, IT WORKS! It doesn't work consistantly.... Or at least it didn't. It might be working consistantly now. I addded a new spade connector to the ground on the lower steering column, the one there was in BAD shape. I hope its working like a champ now. We shall see..... -Craig '85GL On Sun, Jun 8, 2008 at 1:47 PM, Jake de Villiers < crescentbeachguitar@gmail.com> wrote: > And obviously, you've taken it off and put 12V from the battery through it > to make sure it was okay before re-doing all the wiring in your van? > Right? > > On Sun, Jun 8, 2008 at 10:45 AM, Jake de Villiers < > crescentbeachguitar@gmail.com> wrote: > > > Maybe you bashed it on a parking curb.
