The difference between supply and demand of oil is 2 percent. A gun slinging
George Bush can whip this back into balance with a bit of rhetoric. Just
give him half a chance to do it. The actual increased production of oil and
conservation takes a bit more work. THIS OIL SITUATION IS GOING TO CAUSE THE
POOR AND LESS ADVANTAGED TO SUFFER BIG TIME THIS WINTER.

 My son is only spouting his take on the Republican line -- "Nuke 'em now,
and ask questions later. Put the buckets out to catch all the oil"
