The funny part is you didn't pick up all the errors...

I demand that any important letter, e-mail. or advertising spot writtne by
either of my bosses be submited to me for proof reading. Again, I'm not the
best but boy I don't want to have their meat-headedness be reflected onto
me.

submited - submitted
but - butt

and

headedness is not a word.

I don't respond to these grammatical/spelling errors until someone
make a point of it.

Like "loose" instead of "lose".

Drives me nuts silently.
