I would try JB Weld, applied liberally to the outside of the
connection. Be careful not to plug the inside, and make sure you clean
it well and rough up the plastic a bit to make sure it sticks. You'll
need some way to hold things in place while it sets, maybe a coathanger
pushed into the hole?
