On bearing #3, the one between the distributor gear and the pulley, what is the correct position of the bearing? Bentley seem unclear. Furthermore, on the other bearings, the imprint on the bearing shell is "right reading" from the pulley end of the crank, but not on this one. I can clearly see where the inner groove is on the bearing by its imprint (or lack of) upon the crank journal. I intend to install it that way, but just checking. More vague is the position within the crankcase. There is one through hole, one recessed pin-looking affair with a through hole as part of it, and another hole that is blind. Bentley just says "hole for dowel faces crankshaft web." I have no dowel, but have what appears to be a hole for one. Am I missing a dowel? Thanks, Jim
