The best one to run would probably be Version 5.6. Version 6.0 makes it mandatory to install at a *detected* screen resolution of 1280x1024. If the install doesn't detect this resolution it will abort the install. BTDT. But 5.6 still requires you to run the actual program after installation at a screen resolution of 1280x1024. If you don't have that resolution on your laptop (or older desktops), the "get-around" for me was to use a screen "scrolling" program called SDesk. The nice thing about Version 7 is that it doesn't care about the screen resolution, but it still runs best at 1024x768 or above. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com Jim@Airheadparts.com *********************************** On Wed, Jul 9, 2008 at 2:37 PM, Jeffrey Vickers <jeff@vickersdesign.com> wrote: > Thanks Tim and Neil and everyone else who replied.
