well, I hear you. but your anology doesnt' apply very well, not at all actually. It would if a person didn't know how to go digging on a group site for a picture say..........but it's not like I need to learn how to go digging for something on a group site. and............the poster has that info .....he knows where he put it, and it's one simple step to put the link in his post. it's also a matter of consideration, a little known concept sometimes, apparently ! ----- Original Message ----- From: "David M" <covrambles@YAHOO.COM> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Friday, July 18, 2008 12:18 PM Subject: Re: Laziness > >Date: Thu, 17 Jul 2008 21:05:34 -0700 >>From: Scott Daniel - Turbovans <scottdaniel@TURBOVANS.COM> >>Subject: Re: Spare tire size? >> >>it's funny how it's so popular to answer someone's quiry by posting a >> >link - >>then they have to go digging there. >>... snip .... >>not impressed with the curtness/laziness I perceive so often on lists and >>groups, >>scott > > On the contrary, it's laziness not to search for onesself before expecting > other people to search for you. > > Ever heard of the credo that if you give a man a fish, you feed him for a > day, but if you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime!
