hmmmm think I can help you on 'the small post/bolt that attaches to the left hand column so the door will lock shut." - got one of those on a parts van. as for seat belts on jump seats, I just 'touched' the one for the passnerger's side jump seat on my 'new' 87 Wolfsburg, and it just.........literally...........exploded in my face ! On that I plan to install an 'ordinary' non-retracting rear seat belt like the ones on the rear seat. I 'might' be able to supply you with one of those. on Driver's seat - sure...... what color ? the Blue GL seats I have don't have the later adjustable amr rests like your year would have - so not 'really' what you are after. 'if' you were interested in a seat I have for sale..........your location is a factor in seat shipping. they're pretty big 'n heavy of course. re 'westphalia weekender' ............pop top and no kitchen, but rear cabinet , yes ? scott www.turbovans.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Aaron Turner" <aaron.turner@SBCGLOBAL.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Sunday, July 20, 2008 8:03 PM Subject: 90 Westy Weekender - parts needed > Hey Everyone, > > I just purchased a nice 90 Weekender - but I'm de-converting it from being > wheelchair accessable and am looking for some parts that I'm not finding > on > any of the sites that I've visited. > > Here is what I'm looking for: > > - Drivers seat (the springs in mine are shot) > - New armrests (the fabric is all worn out on mine) > - Brackets, covers and Seatbelts for the jumpseats > > Any suggestions for a new Westfalia owner. > > I'm also removing the chain driven sliding door opener and need to find > the > small post/bolt that attaches to the left hand column so the door will > lock > shut. > > I look forward to your experteise and advice. > > Sincerely, > > Aaron Turner > 90 Westfalia Weekender
