Bolted a paper towel roll holder in the ceiling panel next behind the driver's seat. It is spring loaded so one sheet tears off at a time. Doesn't unroll in the wind. ..it is also really good at making a large dent in your forehead when you are on your 3rd whiskey and looking for something in the dark on the front seat!
