Did he not put it in or did it almost fall out immediately? Are you
talking about the gasket from the cast iron piece to the j-pipe? This is a
donut type gasket. The correct part number 855-253-137-A. Bosal part
number 256-049 will do the job. You should be able to get something at a
flaps. If you are really desperate and want to make a trip I have them
here.
