Subject:Replace oil filler neck - EH?

So I need to replace the oil filler neck as my donor engine, out of a
Syncro, has the tall filler.

Question - what's the trick?  One of the nuts is not accessible.  Am I
missing something?  I'd rather not remove the engine carrier if I don't have
to my 2.1L is already in the Westy.
