Yep, all legitimate giveaways have that disclaimer. We used to giveaway
turkeys for Thanksgiving
by the hundreds per year. Recipients got the tax disclaimer. It was up to
the recipient to report.
Only real turkeys probably reported it. =) Free bird! Free bird!
