Hi all. I may have the incorrect Jetta oil pressure switch (1.8 or .9 bar "high" pressure switch) connected to my air cooled Vanagon oil light. If I'm reading it right, Bentley shows the stock air cooled oil pressure switch as closed until oil pressure comes up, (engine running) thus shutting off the oil light. True? Extra Reading: --- ;^) IF my Jetta high pressure oil pressure switch is connected to my Westy's oil light, it might be supplying a ground to the brake warning light when it shouldn't. Likely part of my troubles right now. Thanks, Neil. -- Neil Nicholson '81 JettaWesty "Jaco http://groups.google.com/group/vanagons-with-vw-inline-4-cylinder-gas-engines http://web.mac.com/tubaneil http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/
