The insight from the list got me through my exhaust problems. It took 3 helicoils, 9 hours, 3 Napa trips and many Red Hook IPA's. Now my Van is quieter than ever before. I did use a bit of antiseize on the threads and between the bolt head and washers so that disassembly will be easier when the heads start leaking.
