You either use the pipe or the plug. The pipe is for the oil cooler
coolant return line.

With my Bus Depot water pump came a small plastic bag with a metal
tube threaded on one end and a bolt of the same thread. They fit into
what looks like a weep hole on the pump.

What am I supposed to do with these?
