Ok, I know it's not Friday and this is probably borderline but - I used my bus for a new thing yesterday. Make a long story short we had about a 40' tree that had split and was resting on the power line from the pole to our house. We tied a heavy duty rope to the tree and threw it over a very large nearby tree and then tied the other end to tow loop on the back of my bus - I then used the bus to stand the tree up off the lines so it could be cut down properly. I know it that could have been accomplished with many other vehicles - but the bus was all we had and now I can add another experience to my rapidly increasing bus stories! Yay for useful Vanagons. -- Thanks, Jeff '90 Carat (Grover) '86 (We call this one Parts) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus
