I had a similar problem with the same Bosch universal 3-wire sensor that  was
corrected by cleaning up the ground connection for the sensor. After
cleaning up the connection I "sealed" it up with POR-15 and haven't had problems
since then. You might also check the wiring from the connection point to the ECU
to rule out a bad wire. Good luck.
