I agree, it must have been a bad batch or possibly mis-marked at Cohline. I have Cohline on my Westy I installed last year. At Airhead/VWG they've been carrying Cohline since 2006, but since Cohline's warehouse back east has been out for most of the year, Airhead/VWG has Conti Hose on the shelf right now. With Cohline being out for so long, this may be the reason (bad batch/mis-marked), but Airhead/VWG hasn't any reports of this from the customers Cohline only comes from Germany as far as I know. Haven't seen any counterfeit hoses of this type yet. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com jim@airheadparts.com *********************************** On Sat, Sep 27, 2008 at 6:27 PM, pdooley <psdooley@verizon.net> wrote: > You musta got a bad batch. > I got mine from Autohausaz, and indeed it is Cohline.
